Reader peeps - November is one of my favorite months. I like carrying an attitude of gratitude throughout the year, but there's an extra oomph to remember my blessings during these 30 days. I feel especially thankful this year for REASONS TO BE REVEALED.

Poll Results! We may not like tea, but we can console ourselves with a good book or two or three...

So, way back in October, I asked y'all about your favorite fall drinks. We're tied for winners at equal votes for Hot Cider and Hot Cocoa and I am here for that! A couple of folks chimed in for Mulled Wine (please invite me to your next Wassail Night) and Pumpkin Spice Latte (you are now marked safe from me). NO ONE VOTED FOR TEA! I feel like tea has been unfairly dismissed, but to be fair, it had stiff competition from all these seasonal powerhouses (powerhice?).

But whatever beverage is filling up our cups, it's sure to be improved by pairing with a good book. Amirite??? This month's BookFunnel promo is all about Collections, Anthologies, and Boxed Sets. Yep. I'm the gal who somehow wound up with TWO titles releasing in the same month! On November 20, Light My Fire drops on Amazon -- proceeds go to promote better mental health -- and Celia and David show up for their final story -- with baby in hand! "The One That I Miss" is jam packed with emotion, banter, and the sweetest grand gesture. It might be better than pie.

It's All About the Gratitude, Baby

My big reveal? For folks who know me, it probably comes as no big surprise. This has been a pretty terrific year (bout of Covid at the end of October aside). Three book babies I'm really proud of released or releasing into the wild (with the first two well received). The opportunity to lead a writing organization that is dear to my heart. A day job that helps me help others. Hanging out with old friends and making new ones. Connecting with you, my super awesome readers. Honestly, I'm not sure how I got so dang lucky. Thank you for journeying with me on this thing called life. I am grateful for you.
